In-Fill Done Right
Our specialty is in-fill construction, meaning we buy in established neighborhoods and build a new home on the site. Some of our favorite neighborhoods are Oxford Park, Battery Heights, Olde Raleigh, East Raleigh, Country Club Hills, Quarry Hills and Hunter Park.
For new construction, we work closely with award winning home designers to collaborate on creating the perfect home design for each site. Our designs complement the existing neighborhood and add architectural value to the built environment.
All work is managed by our in-house construction managers and performed by our team of vendors and subcontractors. Being the general contractor gives us total control over the design of the homes we build, as well as the quality in which they are constructed. We put together all of the details from the foundation to the house numbers. Our high standards are evident in the details and in the performance of the residence once it's completed.
Often times one of our spec homes is a perfect fit for an inquiring buyer. When that's the case we will pre-sell the home with the expectation that it will be completed with the already specified finishes. Certain changes are possible at pre-defined points in the construction process. If the home has not been put under contract by the time the home is completed, we will list the home For Sale on the MLS with one of our realty partners for sales and marketing.
